In context of corporate transformations and changes, Culture as well as Design are intuitively abstract assets that are often regarded and labeled as "features and appendix" in the discourse of a strategic and decision-making conversation.
My personal ambition is to elevate the "Value of Culture and Design" by fostering the respective awareness that through leveraging effective tools and systematic frameworks, these subjects will be accessible and gain a strategic positioning in governance conversations.
